Course Materials: Our presenters have provided you with a variety of educational materials, which may include PowerPoint slides or an outline and references. Please refer to the online syllabus for larger images. Accreditation: designates this educational activity for a maximum of 19 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Certificates can be obtained immediately upon completion of the online course evaluation. AAFP Credit: This Live activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 18.5 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. This activity meets the criteria of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine for 4.5 Credits of Risk Management Study. The Association of Nurses in AIDS Care is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center s Commission on Accreditation To obtain credit, please: Sign in daily. Return the blue nursing participant attestation form to the registration desk at the conclusion of the course. Complete the online course evaluation form. Certificates will be ed to you within 30 days. 12. Evaluations: HMS-DCE utilizes an electronic course evaluation system. To link to access the system can be found on the gold bookmarks. Once you complete the evaluation you will be redirected to the CME Certificate website where you will be able to save and print your certificate. We not only read and review every evaluation, but also provide specific comments made about topics and speakers to the appropriate people. 13.
