14 Monitoring of CVD We recommend baseline assessment of CVR on HIV-positive patients who are aged > 40 years and/or have significant CVD risk factors using QRISK2, taking into account that it will underestimate risk (1B). CVD risk assessment (Framingham score) Should be performed in all men > 40 years and women > 50 years without CVD
