28 many options for treatment arthritis solution has to be customed for the patient symptoms and situation (work, sport, demands, age) still classical surgery (fusion, reconstruction, excision) doesn t seems to be replaced by joint replacement (complications, cost) despite possible advantage for the patient (hard to proove)
