1 2016 NPA Spring Policy Forum Sponsorship and New Exhibitor Opportunities The NPA Spring Policy Forum brings together hundreds of PACE leaders from across the country to learn first-hand about the political and policy environments affecting PACE. With a presidential election looming in 2016, it is unclear what progress will be made on health policy, but the coming months likely will see an unprecedented amount of activity on PACE regulatory, payment and expansion issues. The Spring Policy Forum is scheduled for April 4-5 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC. The event will consist of two full days of programming, followed by Capitol Hill visits. This year s program will feature representatives from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Congressional leaders and staff, state health officials and others who will provide the latest updates on PACE policies. Attendees also will have the opportunity to visit with their Congressional representatives to advocate for PACE and discuss federal and state issues affecting PACE organizations. Several sponsorship opportunities are available that will allow you to make important contacts and maximize your company s exposure. New sponsorships this year include a Welcome Reception on Monday evening, immediately followed by an exclusive, private performance by the Capitol Steps, a satirical group of Senate staffers who have recorded over 30 albums since their inception in Their witty inside the beltway humor will keep you laughing for days. The target audience of the Spring Policy Forum includes key operational, finance and policy staff, as well as decision-makers of operating or developing PACE organizations. Sponsorship at this event will provide excellent opportunities for access, networking, recognition and direct contact with some of the top decision-makers in PACE. In response to requests and member feedback, NPA also will offer a limited number of tabletop exhibits at the forum this year. Participating exhibitors will receive approximately 3.5 hours of exhibit time with attendees. NPA will accept sponsorships and exhibitor applications on a first-come basis. A cash bar will be available. This is a great networking opportunity to meet and mingle with attendees after a long day of sessions. About 200 are expected to attend.
