Teaching Leadership Roles: Massachusetts General/McLean Hospitals Course Director, Developmental Disabilities Seminar for first year child and Adolescent Fellows Massachusetts. Primary responsibilities were to teach the fellows about the various developmental disabilities that children and adolescents can have and to educate them about the proper assessments and interventions available to them. Cambridge Health Alliance Course Director, Child Psychopharmacology Seminar for first year child and adolescent fellows. Primary responsibilities are to educate the first year child fellows about the science and art of prescriptive practice using an evidence based model Director, Psychopharmacology Clinic for second year child and adolescent fellows. Primary responsibilities are to supervise and educate the second year fellows about the clinical application of their knowledge about psychopharmacology. 22
