Topics will include sinonasal anatomy and imaging, endonasal surgery to the parasellar area by both the fully endoscopic approach and endoscope-assisted approaches. Related topics will include expanded endonasal approaches to the supra-sellar and frontal fossa regions, cavernous sinus and clivus. The indications and execution of the supraorbital eyebrow craniotomy for frontal fossa and parasellar lesions and the retromastoid approach for cerebello-pontine and petro-clival pathology will also be presented. Additional topics in keyhole surgery will include instrumentation requirements, CSF leak repair techniques, complication avoidance and peri-operative hormonal management.
