37 Conclusions CD 19+ CAR-T cell for DLBCL CR rates 30-50% If patients in CR at 6 months post-car-t many maintain response Long term responders some understanding: Lower tumor volume Lower CRP and ferritin less inflammation Cytokine profile in responders Hi PD-1 may decrease the response rates and/or increase early relapse. Combinations during or after CAR-T may help to decrease relapse rates
