We offer a wide range of health screenings and while each one caters for different needs, all are provided on the principle that early detection of illness can mean easier management of the problem and a more successful treatment. COMPACT Approximate duration (1-1.5H) The Compact course comprises of the basic tests required to be in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Health and Safety Act. These tests include blood tests (liver and kidney function, diabetes, hyperlipidomia, anemia), urine and stool analysis, ECG, chest X-ray and consultation. STANDARD Approximate duration (1.5-2H) The Standard course includes all tests carried out in the Compact course plus a Barium Meal Gastrointestinal test, Hepatitis B tests. EXECUTIVE Approximate duration (2-2.5H) The Executive course includes testing relating to diseases associated with adulthood. For example if undertaken yearly it will facilitate early diagnosis of cancers. The Executive course also includes all tests in the Standard course in addition to Tumour Marker, Hepatitis C blood testing and abdominal ultrasound. PREMIUM Approximate duration (2.5-3H) In addition to the procedures available in the Executive course, the full Premium course comprises of the blood tests associated with Thyroid (Thyroxine) testing, full blood work and the option of either a carotid artery ultrasound or a Thyroid ultrasound. We are expecting to finish your course within half a day. However, the duration of each course will be affected by any optional course and when accompanied by small children. Child A Suitable for 6-18 years, this course includes visual acuity, ECG, urine and stool analysis. Child B Targeted at children from 2-5 years, this course comprises of body measurements and a physical examination. Baby For ages from 6 months to 1 year, the course also comprises of body measurements and a physical examination.

4 Female Health Screening l Uterine and Cervical Cancer Screening Through early screening as a part of our recommended yearly check-up it is possible to identify gynaecological conditions and begin their treatment. 5 How to Book Booking by Telephone, FAX or Pre-booking available by phone. Confirmation of pre-booking is completed when a booking form is received. Contact will be made with you once this has been received and checked. Important information Fasting When requested, please complete fasting as specified so that test results are accurate. Morning Medical Check-up For patients undertaking the Barium meal Abdominal ultrasound (Premium, Executive or Standard courses) Fasting is to take place from midnight of the night before the testing day. For patients not undertaking the Barium meal Abdominal ultrasound (Compact course) Please do not eat on the day of the check-up. However, water can be imbibed. Afternoon Medical Check-up For patients undertaking the Barium meal (Premium, Executive or Standard courses) Fasting is to take place from midnight of the night before the testing day. Children and Pregnant Women: No fasting is reqired. For patients not undertaking the Barium meal (Compact course) Please do not eat lunch on the day of the check-up. However, breakfast (before 9am) can be consumed. Other Pregnant women cannot undergo X-rays. Women currently menstruating will see effects of this on urinalysis testing. We advise you to avoid booking your health screening on likely menstruation dates. Patients with pre-existing metabolic or urinary conditions (hyperlipidmia, diabetes) should undertake fasting with care, in discussion with their GP. Please remember to bring the following, if requested Patient ID If you have been to our clinic before please bring your patient ID with you. Mammography If you have retained the resultant film/cd from a previous mammography, please bring it with you to the clinic. Stool Sample Please collect sample not more than 72 hours before medical check-up date. Sample bottles can be collected from the clinic. Menstruating women should wait until after menstruation is complete before collecting the stool sample. Maternity passbook If you are undertaking the Baby course then please bring your passbook with you. Medical status forms If specific checks are being carried out for entry on a form (visa, employer, educational institution) please provide the form by before booking and then bring it on the day.
