19 CONCLUSIONS -Addition of Docetaxel to ADT should be considered standard of care for M1 Hormone- Sensitive Prostate Cancer. - Further evidence on the impact of Docetaxel in survival is needed to recomend the addition of docetaxel to ADT for M0 patients
