9 Helicobacter pylori infection remains a challenging worldwide medical problem due to ts extreme widespread prevalence and its close relation to acid peptic disease, gastric carcinoma and lymphoma. These reasons made the medical world elieve that H. pylori eradication should be a necessary attempt.

43 The scientific interest of this study was focused on two groups of clinical conditions associated with H. pylori. Chronic or recurrent spastic colitis. Uncontrolled HTN under medication.

44 The multiple colonic spasm sequence manifested by marked constipation with passage of small pieces of dried stool was a constant t feature of H. pylori-related l t d dyspepsia in those patients; Confirming the error in the colonic function. The rectal spasm was detected by proctoscopy or sigmoidoscopy, while the multiple colonic spasms were demonstrated by colonoscopy.

45 The concept of the colonic error in this study is not just hypothetical AS Upon the basis of this concept the H. pylori- associated dyspepsia has been relieved & the integral colonic function has been rectified in hundreds d of patients. t

48 This study has employed natural methods to behave bad H. pylori strains and H. pylori-related related dyspepsia. One or two of bio-organic acids encountered as end products in the chain of glycolysis Acetic, formic or lactic acids were used. Their effect is immediate and dramatic against H. pylori. As the main routes of energy production of H. pylori are via pyruvate; and the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex is controlled by the rules of product inhibition and feed back regulation. 55 No medicine that attacks or annoys the stomach bug should be employed. Proton pump inhibitors entailing anti-urease activity that destroys the main talent for H. pylori survival in the stomach Should be subjected to severe discussion& accurate determination.
