1 Title: - Summary CELLULAR PATHOLOGY TURNAROUND TIMES These are average figures for some key specimens in days for the month of November The times include weekends when the laboratory is closed. The times, in days, are from when the specimen is taken from the patient. The department operates a system which ensures all clinically urgent specimens are dealt with as a priority. During periods of Histopathologist leave there is an intermittent waiting list.
