1 ab Multi-normal human tissues, FDA, 96 samples, 35 organs/sites from three individuals (1.5mm) Instructions for Use Designed for antibody cross reactivity analysis and IHC or ISH based protein or RNA tissue profiling in normal Human tissues. This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.

2 Product Overview: ab is a tissue array of 35 types of normal tissues based on the FDA recommendation for antibody cross-reactivity testing. Core details can be downloaded in protocol booklet. Case: >3 Core: 96 Format: 8 rows x 12 columns Size: 1.5 mm Thickness: 4µm All the tissues were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin for 24 hours and processed using identical SOPs. Sections were picked onto Superfrost Plus or Startfrost Adhesive slides. There may be >5% tissue core losses for a slide. But retention rate should be >90%. Notes for use: Bake the slides at 60 C for 30 minutes before use. If antigen retrieval is needed, it is always a good idea to start with a protocol with weak to mild strength.
