2 ANNEX II REFFERED TO IN ARTICLE 2.1 PRODUCT COVERAGE OF NON-AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS 1. For EFTA, Chapter 2 (Trade in Non-Agricultural Products) shall cover the following goods: (a) Fish and other marine products defined as: Other meat and edible meat offal, fresh, chilled or frozen. ex Of whales, dolphins and porpoises (mammals of the order Cetacea); of manatees and dugongs (mammals of the order Sirenia) of seals, sea lions and walruses (mammals of the suborder Pinnipedia): - - Of whales Chapter 3 Fish and crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates Animal products not elsewhere specified or included; dead animals of Chapter 1 or 3, unfit for human consumption. - Other: Products of fish or crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates; dead animals of Chapter Fats and oils and their fractions, of fish or marine mammals, whether or not refined, but not chemically modified Animal or vegetable fats and oils and their fractions, partly or wholly hydrogenated, inter-esterified, re-esterified or elaidinised, whether or not refined, but not further prepared. ex Animal fats and oils and their fractions: - - Obtained entirely from fish or marine mammals Extracts and juices of meat, fish or crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates. ex Extracts and juices of meat of whale, fish or crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates Prepared or preserved fish; caviar and caviar substitutes prepared from fish eggs Crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates prepared or preserved Flours, meals and pellets, of meat or meat offal, of fish or of crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates, unfit for human consumption; greaves.

4 - 3 - Parties Other Dextrins and other modified starches (for example, pregelatinised or esterified starches); glues based on starches, or on dextrins or other modified starches Dextrins and other modified starches ex Glues, for animal feeding Finishing agents, dye carriers to accelerate the dyeing or fixing of dyestuffs and other products and preparations (for example, dressings and mordants), of a kind used in the textile, paper, leather or like industries, not elsewhere specified or included. ex With a basis of amylaceous substances, for animal feeding Industrial monocarboxylic fatty acids; acid oils from refining; industrial fatty alcohols. - Industrial monocarboxylic fatty acids; acid oils from refining: ex Stearic acid, for animal feeding ex Oleic acid, for animal feeding ex Tall oil fatty acids, for animal feeding ex Other, for animal feeding ex Industrial fatty alcohols, for animal feeding 2. For the Philippines, Chapter 2 (Trade in Non-Agricultural Products) shall cover following goods: (a) Fish and other marine products defined as: Chapter Fish and crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates Products of fish or crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates; dead animals of Chapter 3 Fats and oils and their fractions, of fish or marine mammals, whether or not refined, but not chemically modified. Prepared or preserved fish; caviar and caviar substitutes prepared from fish eggs.
