1 ESPA Directorate KPI : Quarter 1, Compiled by ESPA Operations Manager The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) detailed in this report give direction to the ESPA Directorate and its activities. The Programme Executive Board (PEB) and the International Programme Advisory Committee (I-PAC) use the KPIs for the purpose of monitoring the Directorate s performance. The KPIs address the core functions and the measurable value-added functions of the Directorate. The dimensions of performance detailed in this report closely reflect the original Directorate Terms of Reference (ToRs) and the Logical Framework (the programme s monitoring framework). The KPIs also complement the current ESPA Theory of Change (ToC). The ESPA Directorate KPIs were revised during 2013, bringing the indicators agreed between the Directorate and PEB in line with data availability. 7 4.2.2 The Directorate s programme risk assessment and management systems are reviewed and maintained at least annually.
