Acceptance criteria for pools in this study: - to be considered as positive: all ct values in the positive range according to SOP/ IFU of the methods. - pools with ct values in the suspect or negative range and which did not meet the acceptance criteria were not included in the data calculation in this study 7 *NAHLN: national animal health laboratory network, USA
