1 Department of Pedodontics & Preventive Dentistry Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, (Deemed to Be University), encourages its students to regularly participate in various conferences and conventions. Every year each student participates in one conference and convention where each of them presents a scientific paper, poster and table clinic. The 39th ISPPD National conference was held between 13th-16th September 2017 in Chennai where Postgraduate students of Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to Be University), presented 6 posters, 5 scientific papers and 2 table clinics. Dr. Smruti Venkataraman, Post graduate student of Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, (Deemed to Be University), attended the 56th IDA Maharashtra State Dental Conference 2017, Pune held at Pimpri on 8th- 10th December She presented a paper entitled- Assessment of knowledge and attitude about oral health among parents of children with cerebral palsy and bagged 2nd prize in her session. Another achiever was Dr. Soniya Raheja, Post graduate student of Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, (Deemed to Be University), Dental College & Hospital, Pune. She won 2nd prize for her poster presentation entitled- Kovanaze : Needle free Dentistry at 56th IDA Maharashtra State Dental Conference 2017, Pune held on 8th-10th December Amongst the achiever was Dr. Manasi Shimpi, Post graduate student of Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, (Deemed to Be University), Dental College & Hospital, Pune, who participated in the poster presentation entitled- Bristle All The Way The Amabrush Way at 56th IDA Maharashtra State Dental Conference 2017, Pune held on 8th-10th December She bagged the 2 nd prize for her session. The 15th ISPPD convention was held between 8th to10th February 2018 in Baroda, where the Postgraduate students, Department of Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry, (Deemed to Be University),, presented 2 table clinics and 1 video for mannequin challenge.

3 Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology Dr Priya Agarwal (Part III MDS), Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to Be University), attended the 29 th National Conference of Indian Academy of Oral Medicine and Radiology held at Ghaziabad on 1 st -3 rd December Dr. Priya Agrawal presented a paper on Tobacco Cessation: Role of Oral Medicine Expert and bagged 1 st prize in her session.

4 Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology Dr Priya Agarwal (Part III MDS), Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to Be University), won 2 nd prize for paper presentation on Estimation of Salivary Levels of Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha in Patients with Oral Submucous Fibrosis A Biochemical Study at P G Convention 2018 of Indian Academy of Oral Medicine and Radiology held at Vijayawada on 24 th & 25 th August 2018.

5 Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology Dr Harshal Varpe (Part III MDS), Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to Be University), won 2 nd prize for paper presentation on Comparison of Diagnostic Accuracy of PSP, CMOS and Conventional Intraoral Imaging in Detecting Proximal Caries: An In vitro Radiographic Study at 29 th National Conference of Indian Academy of Oral Medicine and Radiology held at Ghaziabad on 1 st -3 rd December 2017.

6 Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology Dr Susmit Sneha (Part III MDS), Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to Be University), won1 st prize for paper presentation on Stem Cells at P G Convention 2017 of Indian Academy of Oral Medicine and Radiology held at Bhubaneswar on 4 th -5 th August 2017.

7 Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology Dr Susmit Sneha (Part III MDS), Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to Be University), bagged 1 st prize for poster presentation on EMERGING NATURAL REMEDIES FOR MANAGEMENT OF ORAL LESIONS at 29 th National Conference of Indian Academy of Oral Medicine and Radiology held at Ghaziabad on 1 st -3 rd December 2017.

8 Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology Dr Susmit Sneha (Part III MDS), Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology, Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to Be University), bagged another award, stood first for poster presentation on 3D Printing at 16 th National Triple O Symposium of Indian Academy of Oral Medicine and Radiology held at Lucknow on 15 th -17 th March 2018.

Dept. of Oral Medicine & Radiology Postgraduate students of Dept. of Oral Medicine & Radiology at the 29 th national conference of the Indian academy of Oral medicine & Radiology held at Ghaziabad won prizes in paper & poster presentation under guidance of Dr. Amit Mhapuskar. 10 Dr. Paresh Gandhi, Professor, Dept. of Prosthdontics invited as a podium Speaker at CDE exclusively on CAST PARTIAL DENTURES on 22 nd -23 rd Februaey,2018, jointly hosted wonderfully by IPS MUM - NAVI MUMBAI & BVP. He gave a speech on Core Prosthetics to interactive participants.
