Dental Event is an independent trade fair in the field of dental health where you can professionally present yourself to the entire dental target group: dentists, dental hygienists, assistants, dental technicians and denture specialists. BSL is widely known for its professional journals such as Tandarts Praktijk, Standby and its handbooks. BSL also publishes a number of newsletters and websites. An extensive marketing campaign will be used to draw the attention of potential visitors to the trade show and its attractive programme. We expect more than 5000 visitors. In addition to the activity on the exhibition floor itself, the programme will include substantive as well as social components, with an accent on meeting one another. 2 Dental Event 2010, Jaarbeurs, Utrecht Friday 26 and Saturday 27 March 2010 Bohn Stafleu van Loghum is expanding its offerings to the dental market! In addition to the publishing of journals and books, and offering courses and congresses, BSL is organising Dental Event in the spring of Dental Event is an independent trade fair where you can professionally present yourself to the entire dental target group: dentists, dental hygienists, assistants, dental technicians and denture specialists. BSL's wide-ranging contacts allow it to put in place an extensive marketing campaign to draw the attention of potential visitors to this trade fair and its attractive programme. In addition to the activity on the exhibition floor itself, the programme will include substantive as well as social components, with an accent on meeting one another. To emphasise the professional character of Dental Event, a choice was made for a prime location: the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. Visitors visitors are expected at Dental Event 2010, all dental professionals: dentists, dental hygienists, assistants, dental technicians and denture specialists. Entrance to the trade show is free with preregistration. therwise, entrance at the gate is 15. Dates and times Dental Event 2010 will take place on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 March n Friday, Dental Event is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Setup will take place on Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 March Dismantling will occur on Sunday 28 March Location Dental Event 2010 will take place in Hall 7 of the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. This 13,000-m2 hall has its own entrance and is directly accessible from the parking area. The adjacent Croese Auditorium will be used for the informative parts of the programme. The Jaarbeurs is a prominent location for trade fairs in the Netherlands, making participation even more attractive. It is centrally located and easily accessible by car and via public transport. Exhibitors at the Jaarbeurs are well taken care of with respect to stand construction, catering and general support.

3 Programme A substantive programme will be offered visitors on both fair days. n the exhibition floor, a number of small workshop areas will be set up in which exhibitors can provide the public with information. In addition, short substantive programmes will be offered in the Croese Auditorium in collaboration with diverse dental associations. This auditorium connects directly with the exhibition floor. In addition to a substantive programme, visitors are also offered diverse components with a more social character. The focus is on meeting one another. Visitors are put in contact with each other (also during the run-up to the event) based on points of contact such as training, shared interests and professional specialisations. Exhibition book An exhibition book is being compiled for Dental Event. This exhibition book - with a circulation of 10,000 - will be distributed to fair visitors beforehand. The exhibition book is also available free of charge to other interested parties. In addition to practical information on Dental Event 2010, the exhibition book includes a significant amount of information on companies and products. All exhibitors are mentioned in the exhibition book using company name and contact information. There are also extra advertising possibilities. The rates for these will be published in Exhibitors The exhibitors on display at Dental Event 2010 represent the total scope of the dental branch: suppliers of advanced instruments, technologies and materials, medication, tools etc. But suppliers of related or more personal services can also find a place. Exhibitor participation options The prices below do not include VAT. Standard package ( 1800) 16 m2 (4 x 4 m.) stand surface area Mention of name in the exhibition book and on the website ( Entrance for four persons to staff the stand Expansion possibilities Extra square metres stand surface area ( 100 per square metre) Programming and offering a workshop ( 750). Workshops (in consultation) are included three times in the programme and also announced as such to the visitors. Workshops take place in a workshop room on the exhibition floor. A workshop area for 35 persons, laptop, projector and screen are provided.

4 Early-booking discount Exhibitors who sign up before 1 March 2009 will receive a 10% discount on the above-mentioned prices. Stand location When registering, you can indicate on the map a preference for a location. In this, you must take into account special locations for uniform or for freestanding stand construction. You will find a tentative map attached. This map can change during the further preparations. Thus no rights can be derived from the attached version. Uniform stand construction Uniform stand construction is offered and provided by Jaarbeurs Utrecht. Jaarbeurs Utrecht is offering packages especially for Dental Event. The basic package consists of the following: Basic construction (white walls) Frieze, sign indicating name 2 half walls per stand Eye-catcher with Dental Event logo 3kW connection including electricity used and wall socket 1 spot per 4m² Carpet tiles (visual anthracite, but can also be modified to, for example, dark blue) Standing table (white countertop with chrome leg) 2 barstools (black) Counter (white) Wastepaper basket grey ne-time cleaning at time of acceptance The price of the basic package for a 4x4 metre stand is 60 per m2 stand surface area.
