6 Page 58 of 118 Adhesive Strip: Speed Sheets have an approximately ½" wide adhesive strip along one edge. The edge on which adhesive has been placed is indicated on the price list by underlining the length of that side. Special aging: Special packing is available with clear film bags or overwrap in bundles of $20.00/M; $10.00/M; $3.00/M $2.00/M. HSC recommends bundles of or more Speed Sheets for bouquet wrapping purposes. Non-Standard Speed Sheets Available in Standard Colors and Prints: Non-Standard Speed Sheets and custom sized Speed Sheets are available in above listed colors and patterns with a minimum order of 50,000 sheets or 50,000 linear feet, whichever is greater, of a color, size or pattern. If it is necessary to trim the material from the standard print width listed on the Clearphane Print Chart, the customer will be charged for trim loss. Please allow a minimum of four weeks for shipment after final customer approval of full specification of the order. HSC will ship the order quantity plus or minus 10%. Custom Colors and Prints: Standard print patterns as listed on the Clearphane Print Chart may be ordered in custom colors with a minimum order of 100,000 sheets or 100,000 linear feet, whichever is greater, of a color combination. A $100 color upcharge will be added to the above indicated list prices for matching any custom color(s). A $70 printing plate set up charge and a $70 color match charge color will be added to the above indicated list prices. If it is necessary to trim the material from the standard print width listed on the Clearphane Print Chart, the customer will be charged for the trim loss. Custom print patterns are available with a minimum of 100,000 sheets or 100,000 linear feet, whichever is greater, of a color combination. A $100 color upcharge will be added to the above indicated list prices for matching any custom color(s). A $70 printing plate set up charge and a $70 color match charge color will be added to the above indicated list prices. HSC will provide art work for custom print patterns at a charge of $40 hour plus out of pocket expenses for materials and services used to generate special print patterns plus an upcharge of 15%. For Estimating purposes, plate costs will be $1.15 square inch, with square inches calculated assuming a 15" repeat times the width of the print. To expedite and assist color matching, HSC utilizes the Pantone Color Formulation System. Customers must provide a full PMS number(s) and appropriate suffix {indicating coated (c) or uncoated (u)}. Please allow a minimum of four weeks for shipment after final customer approval of the artwork and full specification of the order. HSC will ship the order quantity plus or minus 10%. Sheet Tolerance: All sheet sizes will be cut to the designated size plus or minus 1/2". Prints Registered with Sheet Cut Off: Prints registered with the cut off of the sheet may be specified with an upcharge of $5.00/M sheets and a tolerance of "½" on the location of print with respect to the cut. Orders must specify the location and shape of adhesive to be applied. Adhesive must be applied to the side printed. All custom orders will be cut from 20", 24", 28" or 30" film, and the customer will be charged for any trim loss. Die-Cuts/Straight Diagonal Cuts: Speed Sheets may be ordered with die-cut edges. Minimum order is 100,000 sheets or 100,000 linear feet, whichever is greater, using the same die-cut and same sheet size, with an upcharge of $6.00/M sheets for round or simple scallop die-cuts. Intricate die-cut designs may require an additional upcharge. Speed Sheets may also be ordered with a straight diagonal cut. Minimum order for a straight standard die-cut edge is 100,000 sheets, cut and size, with an upcharge of $4.00/M sheets. If die-cutting or diagonal cutting is registered with the print pattern, the additional upcharge of $5/M sheets as noted in the previous section is required in addition to the charges shown in this section. For custom die-cut sheets, the customer will be charged for the actual cost of producing the custom die plus 15%. Please allow a minimum of four weeks for shipment after final customer approval of full specification of the order. HSC will ship the order quantity plus or minus 10%. Material Upcharge: Sheets smaller than 144 inches may be ordered at an upcharge of $2.50/M Sheets. Micro Punch/Vent Holes: Micro punch holes or vent holes are available for a $6.00/M upcharge. Shipping: Standard Speed Sheets are shipped from Highland, IL and Redlands, CA. Non-standard Speed Sheets are shipped from Highland, IL only.
