4 What custom ers tell us Interviews with dental lab owners, managers, and dental technicians, all with long-standing experience in CADCAM restorations, revealed the following. CADCAM is regularly used to produce crowns and bridges, but many of the labs would like to use it for inlays, onlays, and customized abutments (most frequently mentioned). A greater range of applications is the most important aspect today.
