SPEAKERS Dr. Ramón Perera I Lleida, Spain Dr.

In 1986, he completed postgraduate studies in Orthodoncy at the Centro Europeo de Ortodoncia in Madrid. From 1995 to 1997 he then completed a further series of studies with the Roth-Williams Centre.

He is the author of various scientific articles and has given talks and presentations at numerous courses and congresses. Dr. Perera was a pioneer in the introduction of the Damon System in Spain.

3 SPEAKERS Dr. Ramón Perera I Lleida, Spain Dr. Perera obtained his degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Barcelona in 1981 and then went on to complete his studies in Stomatology in In 1986, he completed postgraduate studies in Orthodoncy at the Centro Europeo de Ortodoncia in Madrid. From 1995 to 1997 he then completed a further series of studies with the Roth-Williams Centre. R. Perera has been a member of SEDO since 1991 and is also a member of AESOR, AIO and WFO. He is the author of various scientific articles and has given talks and presentations at numerous courses and congresses. Dr. Perera was a pioneer in the introduction of the Damon System in Spain. He first began using the Damon System in 2001 and since his visit to Dr. Damon s surgery in Spokane, in 2003, he has exclusively used this system at his surgeries in Lleida and Tarragona. Dr. Elizabeth Menzel I Herrsching am Ammersee, Germany B.CH.D.University Stellenbosch. Orthodontic training at the University of Frankfurt, training in the practice ofdr König-Toll Kronberg, Dr. Toll in Bad Soden, Germany and with Prof. Axel Bumann in Kiel with an emphasis on jaw diseases and how to treat them. Works in a practice in Herrsching am Ammersee, Germany since 15 years. She has also worked in Great Britain and Vilnius, Lithuania for the orthodontic treatment of patients with severe jaw diseases. Internationally recognized lecturer since Damon user since Dr. Giuseppe Scuzzo I Rome, Italy Giuseppe Scuzzo graduated in medicine in 1983 from Rome University. He specialized in dentistry in 1987 (also Rome) and in orthodontics at Ferrara University. He is the author of numerous publications and has spoken extensively on lingual orthodontics. He is a founder member of the Italian Society of Lingual Orthodontics, and a past President of the European Society of Lingual Orthodontics. He is a professor at Ferrara University and associate professor at New York University. Dr. Kozlowski graduated with a BS in Economics from Syracuse University prior to receiving his DDS and Orthodontic Specialty Certificate from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has been published in several orthodontic journals, including Seminars in Orthodontics, Journal of Clinical Orthodontics, Clinical Impressions and The Progressive Orthodontist. As an avid cyclist and endurance athlete, he has completed the Ironman Triathlon 5 times and the grueling Mt. Washington Bicycle Hill climb 10 times. He has practices in New London and East Lyme, CT. He and his wife, Amy, a pediatric dentist, have two children: Amelia and Jake.
