2 Preface Dear Colleagues, Enossal implantation has revolutioned dentistry for it has been established as a predictable option for the treatment of edentulous patients. Aimed at approximating complete remission, the implant should meet not only functional requirements, but also aesthetic expectations. For this, perfect implant positioning with longterm success often requires augmentation of hard- and soft tissue, these procedures also have to meet complete reliability. Here a variety of tools is required to achieve optimal results, a profound knowledge of different ways of hard tissue augmentation, as well as soft tissue management techniques and especially suturing modulations are of great importance. This interesting workshop offers theoretical and practical modules, to assist in improving overall dental implantology skills. We are looking forward to meeting you in Tuttlingen. 4 Workshops The following workshops are offered: Workshop A - Maxillary sinus floor elevation Internal sinus lift using the osteotome technique External sinus lift with lateral access Bone harvest technique Bone condensing Workshop B - Block transplantation and bone splitting Bone harvesting techniques Onlay graft Bonesplit Guided bone regeneration Beuer Weyer Workshop C - Suture techniques Knauf Choosing the correct instruments and suture materials Exercises on porcine jaw using microsurgical instruments and different suture materials Flap approaches Suture techniques for the fixation of a flap Workshop D - Plastic periodontal surgery Surgical techniques step by step Access flap Coronal flap Tunnel technique Root coverage with a CTG Kamm Remarks: In workshop A & B sheep jaws are used. In workshop C & D porcine jaws are used. For these workshops it is recommended that you bring along surgical loupes as very thin suture material is used.

After this time and up to 14 days before the seminar begins, we offer to offset the value of the fee by crediting it to another seminar. If this is not acceptable to the participant, we shall charge an administration fee of 10% or at least Euro. Should a cancellation being made between 14 and 7 days prior to the event, we reserve the right to charge half the course fee. After this period, the full course fee will be charged for cancellation or for non-attendance.
