18 Guarantee The Guarantee For Straumann CARES prosthetics The new Straumann Guarantee includes the Straumann CARES products and covers the following restorations and guarantee periods*: 5 year guarantee period: for ceramic restorations Replacement with equivalent ceramic abutment (for an abutment attached to a Straumann Implant) or with equivalent ceramic Straumann CARES Crown or bridge restoration (for tooth and implant-supported restorations). Straumann CARES Inlays, onlays and veneers are excluded. 10 year guarantee period: for metal restorations Replacement with equivalent metal abutment (for an abutment attached to a Straumann Implant) or with equivalent metal restoration (for tooth and implant-supported restoration), including Straumann CARES Screw-retained bars and bridges, but excluding consumable products and retentive products such as ball anchors.
