2 The Prosystom company started up in It was created by Russian doctors and IT specialists for carrying out scientific projects and practical work in functional dentistry. The mission of our company is the development of an individual approach in functional dentistry.

3 Problems: Functionality and individuality of treatment is increasingly becoming a priority for professional dentists: orthopedists, orthodontists, surgeons and others. It is important not only to carry out treatment and to set dental design, but also to consider how the design will continue to move and operate, will it cause any changes in the joints and muscles, overloads in the dental arches or changes in aesthetics. Doctors and technicians want to work with precise modern equipment with the sufficient part of automatism (which is quite expected at the current level of technology development). However the significant part of the equipment that exists and newly entering the market does not meet modern requirements of doctors and technicians as new equipment often retains the flaws and limitations of the previous versions. You can also meet a lot of disparate equipment representing different medical schools and approaches. At the same it is inconvenient for both sides. Doctors and technicians are forced to spend more money to buy equipment and more time to work with it and patients often have to experience more inconvenience during the visit.

4 The key elements. Dentograf. The device allows to record the movement of the mandible in 3D space. The most compact and lightest axiograph based on only one camera. Maximum precision in recording function tests (<0.01 mm). Use in the presence of any abnormalities of dentition occlusion.

10 Dentograf provides the data to adjust the articulators, to individual parameters. The Prosystom has developed a universal method of transference of individual parameters into articulator. The Prosystom s rack has 6 degrees of freedom and allows the accurate transfer of the TMJ spatial position in the articulator. With the use of the cental marker, axiography data or CBCT calculation parameters it is possible to transfer accurately the individual structure of the TMJ.

15 Simple recording of trajectories. Central marker. The use of a central marker and its structural features allow a precise transfer of position of the ТMJ in 3D space without average anatomical facial arcs and to link this position in a single set with trajectories. Central marker is also used to connect with 3D-models to adjust The Prosystom rack and setting articulators (with axiography data).

17 Dentograf. Simple recording of trajectories. The basic option of Dentograf is a simple recording of trajectories of mandibular movements. This type of diagnosis is convenient to use at the first visit at the beginning of treatment to determine the function of the TMJ (temporomandibular joint). It is also convenient to control the dynamics of changes of parameters during treatment and to determine the parameters at the end of treatment. Visualization of trajectories is possible without the use of CBCT and 3D-models. The ability to analyze the set of motion parameters: incisal and joint trajectory, speed, corners. These parameters are sufficient in particular for detecting disorders of the TMJ and pathologies.

18 Dentograf. Connection with CBCT. X-ray and computed tomography gives additional information about the patient. Analysis of construction of osseous structures and joints Individualization of anatomical dimensions (distances between joints, between joints and the incisal point and etc.) Individual transfer of position of the TMJ in a virtual space. Mechanical and robotic articulators. Analysis of the clinical situation using computed tomography of the head and optional module for cephalometric analysis (calculation) allows to plan orthopedic and orthodontic treatment of any complexity. The relevant data are: structure of the TMJ, orientation of the occlusal plane, height of the lower part of the face, slope of the tooth contours. In this regard cephalometric module has a division into simplified and full analysis. As a matter of convenience module has a division for data acquisition in orthopedic and orthodontic treatment.

The main elements of the analysis of the trajectories are: Displaying trajectories and individual positions in 2D and 3D space. Highlighting areas of the trajectories with different movement speed. Integrated model of the skull for movements visualization. Help in determining the anatomical angles movements (articular and incisal point). Ability to automatically analyze the velocity and acceleration of movements. Integration with other modules of individualization, CAD/CAM, CT, uploading the individual models.

23 New developments. Bruxism sensor. Mobility parameters: no bruxism The one of the new developments is the sensor for the analysis of tooth-grinding which means minimal uncontrolled movements of the lower jaw which often occur during sleep. This negatively affects the teeth, dental structures and joints. The sensor allows to analyze parameters such as: presence of movements of mandible, direction, their duration and the time of occurrence, the position of the head, temperature, etc. One of the main objectives in the development of the sensor is to preserve the natural conditions (do not change the habitual occlusion) in the study. Enables the off-line diagnosis within a week.
