2 WELCOME NOTE Dear Colleagues, On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in the Congress: Cryosurgery in the Americas. Cryosurgery is useful in many specialities and we have much to gain in sharing our experiences. 3 CALL FOR ABSTRACTS Instructions to authors Submission deadline : 31th July 2004 Delegates are encouraged to submit an abstract Abstracts must be submitted in English Times New Roman/Arial font, minimum size 10-point and should fit in a A4 paper Title in bold, with name of author, institution, city and country below. The book of abstracts will be published before the meeting. Please make sure that your abstract is with us before the above deadline.
