The reprt is displayed in real time, meaning it will reflect an emplyee s cmpletin status f the address verificatin prcess as f the pint in time the reprt was prcessed. T view the reprt as a PDF, select the View PDF buttn. T view the reprt in Excel, select the Exprt t Micrsft Excel link. PDF reprts are frmatted fr printing, while the Excel reprts are unfrmatted s that the user can wrk with the data as needed. If the reprt takes mre than three minutes, a message will be displayed that the reprt is taking lnger than three minutes and yu will be prmpted t access the reprt in the My Reprts screen. Generally, the reprt will be available in the My Reprts screen within 15 t 20 minutes. The My Reprts screen is lcated n the Reprts menu. When there is n data available fr the reprt criteria, a message stating N data fund fr selectin will be displayed. If a required filter is nt entered r if invalid data is entered, an errr message will be displayed.
