1 OPS Measurement Perid Reprt Overview Definitins Access the OPS Measurement Perid Reprt in the Reprts Mdule f the Peple First system. The reprt includes emplyees at the agency that were measured fr the requested perid. This reprt can be used t see the emplyees wh are eligible fr benefits based n the measurement perid. The reprt includes the fllwing fields: Emplyee Name emplyee s name. User ID emplyee s user ID. Emp ID emplyee s Peple First emplyee ID. Agency cde and name fr agency frm emplyee s psitin. Sub Agency cde and name fr subagency frm emplyee s psitin; valid nly fr benefit nly (BENO) entities (e.g., universities, Legislature). Start Date first day f emplyment fr emplyee in an OPS psitin. End Date last day f emplyment if emplyee is terminated; 12/31/9999 if emplyee is active. Name f EE Grup name f the emplyee grup frm emplyee s psitin. Name f EE Subgrp name f the emplyee subgrup frm emplyee s psitin. Salaried FTE blank fr emplyee s OPS psitin; emplyee s FTE fr the emplyee s salaried psitin (if applicable). Hurs (average/week) average number f hurs wrked (ttal hurs / # f weeks in measurement perid) during the measurement perid fr the OPS psitin. It will be zer if the hurs wrked during the measurement perid cannt be determined. It will be blank fr emplyee s FTE psitin. Hurs (Ttal Avg/week) average number f hurs wrked during the measurement perid fr all OPS psitins the emplyee held during the measurement perid. It will be zer if the hurs wrked during the measurement perid cannt be determined. it will be blank fr emplyee s FTE psitin. Eligibility Ind shws if the OPS emplyee is eligible fr benefits at that OPS psitin. Y means yes and N means n. Errr Text message fr why eligibility cannt be determined with these pssible values. If ne f these errr messages is presented, the agency HR prfessinal must call the service center t crrect the emplyee s recrd(s). OPS with partial service and n eligibility have been set. Manual review required. OPS eligibility culd nt be updated. Earliest Cv Start Dt earliest date (may be an early effective date) the OPS emplyee can begin cverage based n gaining benefits eligibility. It will be N/A if the emplyee is nt eligible fr benefits. Cverage End Date date cverage will end if OPS emplyee lses cverage. It will be N/A if the emplyee is nt benefits eligible. Measurement St Dt measurement start date fr the perid the OPS emplyee was measured. Measurement En Dt measurement end date fr the perid the OPS emplyee was measured. Benefits Eligible shws if the OPS emplyee is eligible fr benefits. Pssible values are: Yes Assigned t Salary emplyee is eligible fr benefits in a salary psitin. Yes OPS At My Agency emplyee is eligible fr benefits in an OPS psitin at the requested agency. Yes OPS At Anther Agency emplyee is eligible fr benefits in an OPS psitin at anther agency. Filters Nt Eligible emplyee is nt eligible fr benefits. It will be blank if eligibility cannt be determined. The fllwing filters are included in the reprt. Measurement Type required filter; select either O fr pen enrllment r N fr new hire. Effective Date Begin required filter; defaults t the current measurement perid based n the Measurement Type selected. Fr new hires, change t the first day f the mnth and year the reprt is being requested fr (e.g., 1/1/2014). Fr pen enrllment, change the year as needed (e.g., fr the 2014 plan year Open Enrllment perid, enter 10/3/2013). Effective Date End ptinal filter; end date fr a date range fr the reprt. All measurement perids within the requested date range will appear n the reprt. Agency required filter; defaults t the agency s OLO cde Sub-Agency N/A fr state agencies; valid nly fr benefit nly (BENO) entities (e.g., universities, Legislature). Emplyee ID ptinal filter; enter the emplyee s Peple First emplyee ID. Scial Security Number ptinal filter, enter the emplyee s Scial Security number. Org Cde ptinal filter; t prcess the reprt fr ne Org Cde, enter the Org Cde in the frm field. T prcess the reprt fr a range f Org Cdes, enter an Org Cde in bth the frm and t Org Cde fields. Benefits Eligible ptinal filter; select ne f the fllwing based n benefits eligibility as stated (defaults t blank): Blank selects all OPS emplyees in the agency, regardless f eligibility 1 selects benefits eligible as Yes Assigned t Salary (which are the OPS emplyees wh are eligible fr benefits in a salary psitin) 2 selects benefits eligible as OPS at My Agency (which are the OPS emplyees wh are eligible fr benefits in an OPS psitin in my agency) OMP - 2 Last Updated n Octber 1, 2014

Srt Hierarchy The reprt uses the fllwing srt sequence: User ID Agency/Sub Agency Emplyment End Date descending Emplyee ID Authrizatin The fllwing security rle cdes have access t this reprt: A, H, I and, X rle cdes access t all emplyees in agency, (results will be displayed utside f the requested agency, if the emplyee is active at the requested agency and anther agency and meets the filter criteria). U and Y rle cdes access t emplyees within their assigned Org Cde range. G agencywide fr OLOs assigned t the psitin. F, N and S rle cdes access t emplyees statewide. Prcess Steps Step 1: Select Management > Reprts > Benefits Reprts. Step 2: Select OPS Measurement Perid Reprt. Step 3: Select/Enter the filter values. Step 4: Select the Run Reprt buttn. If the reprt finishes in less than three minutes, the reprt details display in a grid at the bttm f the reprt selectin screen. T view the reprt in PDF, select the View PDF buttn. T view the reprt in Excel, select the Exprt t Micrsft Excel link. The PDF reprts are frmatted fr printing, while the Excel reprts are unfrmatted s the user can wrk with the data as needed. If the reprt takes mre than three minutes, a message will indicate as such and that the reprt is available frm the My Reprts screen. Generally, the reprt can be accessed n the My Reprts screen within 15 t 20 minutes. The My Reprts screen is lcated n the Reprts menu. If there is n data available fr the reprt criteria, a message will state that there is N data fund fr selectin. If an invalid selectin criteria was entered, an errr message will say that the value is either invalid r that yu d nt have authrizatin t the data.
