Effective February 27, 2017 there will be a dedicated Customer Service team for each of the Hospira, a Pfizer company, Sterile Injectable Pharmaceuticals (SIP) and ICU Medical/Hospira Infusion Systems (HIS) product lines. Please see the key changes below: Customer Service contact information for Hospira SIP will be updated. Detailed information can be found in the attached reference guide. o Updated contact information will apply to Hospira SIP products only. o Contact information for ICU Medical/ HIS products will not change. Hospira SIP and ICU Medical/HIS products should be on separate and distinct purchase orders beginning with orders placed on February 27, Please update your purchasing processes accordingly. o o You may continue to use your existing systems for ordering product. Please note there should be no change to the location in which invoice payments are submitted. Please continue to submit payment to the same legacy Hospira address until further notice. A separate communication will be delivered in the event of a modification to the current remittance address. Pfizer Injectable products should be ordered using the National Drug Code (NDC) instead of material or catalog number. Additionally, these changes are necessary in order to enable upgrades to phone and order management systems. The attached reference guides detail the contact information for Pfizer Injectables and ICU Medical/ HIS Customer Service. Hospira SIP products include legacy Hospira sterile injectable pharmaceuticals. (Please see Exhibit B for a list of products). ICU Medical/ HIS products include IV solutions, gravity sets and disposables, dedicated sets and infusion devices, LCPCA prefilled syringes and empties, and Hospira MedNet software.
