39 Who are the trainers? Lorenzo Hall is a Leadership Coach, specialising in transformational leadership and peak performance. He has over 20 years experience in the private sector and 10 years in the public sector, delivering management development and leadership training and coaching.
40 Trainers cont Rita qualified as a pharmacist from Manchester University and then as a nutritional therapist. She has since studied the latest laboratory techniques such as hormone profiles, comprehensive digestive analysis, adrenal stress index testing, food intolerance and DNA Testing.
41 Trainers cont Basil s expertise as a personal trainer lies in motivating and helping people who are in poor physical condition. His approach is based on Biomechanical functional training, which means that a person s ability to perform any given task depends on the ability of the body to have an increased range of motion. A lack of motion causes the body to deteriorate and starts the pathway to the injury cycle. Basil s goal is to increase mobility of the joints that restrict movement such as the ankles, hips and thoracic through a series of dynamic movements.
