Bootcamp The best bits of Insanity plus the use of weights, steps and other equipment for a mega body blast. Boxercise A stress busting, fun and energetic boxing workout, using pads and gloves. Body Tone / Body Conditioning After a lively warm-up, a class concentrating on toning exercises for total body conditioning. The use of weights or weighted bars and resistance bands are an optional extra. Chair Fit A class suited to those with a physical impairment that require exercises in a sitting position and those who find strenuous exercise too demanding. Fix Type 2 Members Support Group For our Fix Type 2 diabetic members, a weekly meeting with our nutritionist, providing information and advice, to help keep you on track. Group cycling class, lead by an instructor, using upbeat and motivating music to power you through a variety of intensities and levels of exercise. Individuals can adapt to suit their own fitness levels. Hi Lo Aerobics A class that offers an energetic choreographed Hi impact (jumping about) and Lo impact (at least one foot on the ground) aerobic session, with toning exercises, to target specific body areas. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) has been proven to torch fat and sculpt your body in an unbeatable way. This carefully timed and structured class guarantees you achieve the best results in minimal time. Short blasts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods just 20 minutes and you ve smashed it!
