New England Sports Village Attleboro, MA Mission: To develop a world-class community center that will provide athletes of all ages and abilities a safe and state of the art environment that will help them achieve their maximum potential.
Partnership Opportunity The New England Sports Village (NESV) seeks to change the youth sports and recreational activities paradigm. By bringing together an integrated program of all amateur athletic and recreational activities, NESV believes we can give time and an improved quality of life back to families of the southeastern region of Massachusetts. Moreover, NESV believes we can keep kids healthier by developing their healthy passions and self-confidence. 100 acre sports village located adjacent to route 95 in Attleboro, MA at exit 3. 4 core state of the art buildings dedicated to soccer, lacrosse, football, baseball, softball, basketball, hockey, figure skating, swimming, tennis, and racquetball. In addition, NESV will be constructing a 150 room onsite hotel.
Partnership Opportunity New England Sports Village (NESV) is seeking partners who possess the power and resources to provide world-class services within this unique venue. 20,000+ athletes currently signed up to use the sports village as their home playing facility starting January 1, ,000+ unique kids to use the sports village during each year via league games, tournaments, and camps. With over 1,300,000 people within 30 minutes from the sports village, NESV s research confirms this location as an ideal community center for both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Site Layout Route 95 exit 3 Commerce Way Main entrance
Full site plan Phase Three: 3 additional outdoor turf fields 1 baseball diamond 1 regulation cricket pitch
Fieldhouse Floor Plan New England Sports Village (NESV) will build 4 basketball courts with different playing surfaces to track effects on body, rate of injury, and durability. NESV will have one full sized indoor turf field and 2 accompanying outdoor turf fields. NESV will build these 3 fields with different playing surfaces to track effects on the body, rate of injury, and durability.
Fieldhouse entrance The core Fieldhouse will be 476 x 220. In addition, NESV is developing additional tenant frontage space of over 60,000 sq ft. Estimated delivery date is January 2015.
Ice Rinks 2 full sized NHL ice surfaces 1 half ice surface (120 x 60 ) 5,000 sq ft skills center 20,000 sq ft of tenant space

A Google Perspective
Partnership Opportunity The New England Sports Village (NESV) facility will serve the communities of Attleboro, North Attleboro, Plainville, Franklin, Seekonk, Rehoboth, Wrentham, Foxboro, Mansfield, Norton, Canton, and several Rhode Island communities. In 2011, the average household income in this catchment area was $98,380 with the average age being years of age. The average youth sports budget was $1,490 per year.
Vision Performance Center The NESV provides an opportunity for a one of a kind longitudinal research study aimed at reducing youth sport injury rates with science and research based interventions through a pro-active care model. The NESV will become the center of scientific research around sports performance and athletic injuries, by building interventions specifically designed around need to address growing concern around injury trends associated with youth sport participation.
Vision Wellness Center Introduce Incentive based health care model through a community wellness program with annual screenings that assess movement qualities and cardiovascular capacity. Support community based health program with online and on site education, and health reporting based off of key health parameters to highlight trends. Provide health interventions that specifically address dysfunction associated with chronic pain or hypokinetic diseases; that will directly impact length and quality of life.
Vision Education Health Care Model The NESV goal is to create a wellness curriculum through the leaders of the field that can provide key physiological development in youth athletes that has been scientifically linked to reduced injury rates. The same interventions can be applied to the needs of older populations to slow the deterioration of key physiological abilities due to aging. The NESV will create a multi-disciplinary care model that can provide preventative medicine more efficiently and at lower costs to both athletic and general population patients. This community based program can serve as the national model that speaks to the larger need of controlling costs within current health care model.
Vision For every athlete attending NESV there are 1-5 more family members Education through presence Online Education Engagement Community Easy progress from onsite testing to at home personal care Testing on site while family is practicing or playing Advanced medical services available on site Current enrollment in program transitions into at home personal care in the same system online educational support Promotes involvement in the next layer of care and service Being surrounded by like-minded people A strong social media presence tied to technology Most advanced research and services in the world - Validation Breaks down barriers between various medical services Fusion and communication Efficient and Effective Care Improved outcomes
