Formatted after the wellknown home workout program with Shaun T! L2-3 Line Dancing* is one of the least intimidating forms of dance because it s easy to learn and you don t need a partner. Many steps in this lowimpact workout may already be familiar to you. If you did the Stroll in the 50s or the Hustle in the 70s and 80s, this is the class for you! Aquatic equipment may be used and all fitness levels are welcome. Aqua Splash - For those looking for a lower intensity workout without the high impact on the body joints, this is a great overall workout for the entire body! Aqua - Integrating the formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Please note: In the event Beth is unable to teach Aqua, the class format will be. Barre-a-cuda - Based on the newest trend in land exercise, this cutting-edge, ballet-inspired aqua workout utilizes the principles of dance, functional strength training and Pilates to lengthen and strengthen your arms, legs and core. Small isometric movements and full range of motion exercises will tone and fatigue the muscles of the entire body a very challenging and cutting-edge program! Deep Water - A graduated, intense, strength building workout performed in a non-weight bearing environment. You don t need to be a swimmer to participate, and all fitness levels, from the beginner to the advanced are welcome! Poolates Toning in the pool with a new twist! Pilates moves, fluid yoga moves and dynamic stretching as well as traditional toning exercises will all help to develop mindful movement to condition and tone the body while increasing balance and relieving stress. SilverSneakers Splash: Activate your urge for variety! Splash offers fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength & endurance conditioning. 5 Indoor Cycling Class Information FREE to Members! Indoor group cycling is a class that is designed to be an individually paced journey to mental and physical wellbeing. By adjusting the resistance knob on your bike, all fitness levels can participate and work at your own individualized level. All of our instructors are nationally certified. Cycling is an entirely different type of fitness workout than any other cardiovascular activity. Give yourself time to get cycle fit by coming regularly for an appropriate period of time. You WILL see and feel a difference in your fitness! All classes are approximately 45 minutes in length, unless otherwise noted. space is available. You may only reserve a bike for yourself. If the class is full, there will be a waiting list available. You must be on your bike 5 minutes before class begins. If you re not, your bike may be given to someone on the waiting list. Also, once in the room, saving a bike for someone other than yourself is not permitted. If you are new to cycling, please ask the instructor for assistance in setting up your bike to ensure a safe, fun ride. What should I bring to cycling class? A water bottle and a towel are a must! If you have a heart rate monitor, bring that along as well. However, heart rate monitors, bike shorts, special cycling shoes are not required. Members are asked to clean their own bikes post-class using the provided wipes. However, if you know that you sweat a lot, you are responsible for bringing an appropriate number of workout towels to absorb. Cycling is the only class here at the Campo Y that we ask members to sign up in advance for. For your convenience, you may call or text no sooner than 24 hours in advance to reserve a bike, or you may sign up when you arrive at the facility, if Indoor Cycling Class Descriptions Strength and Interval Classes: Each class works a different energy zone. Strength builds lean muscle through consistent moderate to heavy resistance and a steady heart rate. Intervals will bring the heart rate up and then allow for active recovery. Road Ride: Simulate riding outdoors through flats, hills, maybe even a mountain climb or two! Your expert instructor will take you on a fitness journey with a different terrain each week set to incredibly motivating music! inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. is built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
