3 Fitness and Wellness What does it mean to be "well"? What is physical activity and why do we need it? How does regular physical activity contribute to being well? Why is it so difficult to become healthy and physically fit? Explain how one s decisions to be active can have a direct impact on the way they feel. Identify the basic safety rules that should be applied when participating in any movement activity. Identify that promote a healthy lifestyle. 1 st Grade: Begin to develop decision making that promote in moderate to vigorous age appropriate physical.
