Fitness and Agility This unit will consist approximately 2 weeks in duration. Students will become familiar with the routines of the daily physical education needs. Why is it important to exhibit daily fitness? Why is it important to exhibit socially acceptable behavior and provide good examples of sportsmanship and fair play in the physical education setting? benefits of developing an appreciation and well rounded spectrum of physical activity? appropriate skill techniques utilized in the course content for locomotor and directional play? The students will shoot the ball towards a target using the BEEF concept. The students will pass the ball towards a target using chest and bounce passing techniques.
