2 The Tullamore Court Hotel Award Winning Leisure Centre POOL ZONE The Tullamore Court Hotel Award winning Leisure Centre has a 20m one level swimming pool, the largest Hotel Pool in Tullamore with swimming for up to 15 hours available daily. We also have a separate children s pool. Private or group swimming lessons are available for both adults and children. For non-swimmers and sports specific people - "aqua fit" classes are held each week. Unwind in our Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam room areas following a workout or as part of the weekend detox. Massage jets in two areas of our pool are also available. CLASS ZONE A variety of classes to suit all levels of fitness for both men and women. During peak times it eliminates overcrowding while ensuring you get an excellent workout. We provide you with professional instruction and a safe, effective, well balanced and fun workout. Please consult the timetable for our current schedule. This area is also available to members outside of class times for toning and stretching. SPIN ZONE Indoor Cycling / Spinning is taken to a whole new level in our Spin Zone, A fun and challenging indoor cycling fitness class that is guaranteed to burn calories fast and condition your body, this area is also available to members outside of class times. WEIGHTS ZONE We have a specialized free weights zone to help you achieve all of your strength goals,in this zone you will find Dumbbells up to 50kg, Power Racks, Barbells and everything you require to tone, strengthen and build muscle. GYM ZONE Our state of the art gym is equipped with an impressive range of the latest cardiovascular and Strength training equipment, including treadmills, bikes, recumbent bikes, summits, and Concept II rowers, promoting maximum strength and fitness in a safe and pleasant way. Each piece of cardiovascular machinery is designed to ensure a safe and effective way to develop aerobic fitness while conditioning the muscles. Funct FUNCTIONAL TRAINING ZONE Our Functional zone will include a new cage with a number of exercise stations including a rebound board, monkey bars, dip station, Olympic bar station, punch bag, squat station etc. Most importantly, the zone will be manned by our Fitness Instructors at key times of the day so that they can conduct small group interactive sessions and demonstrate some of the exercises so that members can perform them on their own at other times.

3 The Tullamore Court Hotel Award Winning Leisure Centre Jacuzzi Steam Room, Sauna, Pool Massage Jets Steam Room The steam room is kept at a temperature of 45 degrees. The steam is great for flushing excess moisture from your body and removing toxins. Steam is very healthy for the body but remember to hydrate afterwards. Sauna Our sauna is kept at a temperature of 85 degrees. The dry heat is good for deep cleansing of your skin and afterwards you will feel completely refreshed. Jacuzzi We keep our Jacuzzi at 37 degrees, perfect for relaxing those sore muscles. Pool massage jets Strategically designed resistance jets are positioned to hit trigger point patterns for a soothing massage. Our Pool temperature is 30 degrees. Opening Hours Full Membership Hours: 7am-10.15pm Daily (Includes Weekends and bank holidays) Children hours finish at 8.15pm daily. Off Peak Hours: Monday to Friday 7.00am 5.30pm Saturday 7.00am 8.00pm Sunday 7.00am 8.00pm

We run over 40 exercise classes and courses per week, so there's sure to be one that's just right for you. Whether the exercise classes are in the gym, the studio or in the pool, you can be sure that you'll have a great time, build your fitness and self-confidence, and see life with a bright new outlook. Make friends: Our exercise classes are a social event. You can come along with your friends, or do what many people do and come along to make new friends. Everyone at The Tullamore Court Hotel Leisure Centre is easy going, helpful, and above all friendly. Even if you've joined our leisure Centre to swim or use the gym, have a look at our exercise classes. You'll not be able to resist them. Choose your class: At the Tullamore Court Hotel Leisure Centre we appreciate that different people like to exercise in different ways. And that if you enjoy yourself, you'll be motivated to carry on. We provide a huge range of high energy exercise classes, so there's bound to be one to suit you.

5 Club Members FAQ 1. What is included in the leisure center membership? All our members have full access to all Six of our workout Zones outside of class times, Along with the workout zones, members are welcome to use the pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam room, and a variety of classes and courses at no extra charge. 2. Are all the fitness instructors certified? All Fitness Instructors are fully certified as fitness leaders through the N.C.E.F and have experience in fitness training 3. Do you offer nutrition counseling? Our Fitness Instructors will help gym members plan their diets according to their targeted fitness goals. 4. What are your busiest times at the leisure Centre? Our busiest hours are from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday to Thursday. Our long flexible hours allow gym members to workout throughout the day without the Leisure Centre getting extremely busy. 5. What type of clientele frequent the gym? Our Fitness Club has members of all ages and levels of experience. 6. Is there easy parking? We have ample free parking available around the Hotel. 7. What are the gym hours? Our gym hours are Monday to Sunday 7:00am 10:15pm making us the longest opening hours of any Leisure Centre locally.
