Within 24 hours of being on board; we will give you access to clients and provide you with the flexibility to accept session requests that fit around your life and schedule.

5 TRUBE EQUIPMENT Every TruBe trainer gets a basic starter pack: TruBe backpack, yoga mat and a foam roller. Busy Trainer Kit: TruBe uniform, Suspension Trainer, 1x Resistance Tube. 6 WORKOUT STRUCTURE & PROTOCOL

7 TRUBE WORKOUT STRUCTURE The overall workout structure is paramount - it consists of: Introduction, Warm up, The actual workout, Cool down and Breathing. You can find workout examples in our exercise library - the examples are designed to suit the time and needs of client. They also include progressions for different fitness levels. INTRODUCTION Consist of initial set up, welcome, workout overview, benefits and safety. WARM UP Offer 5 warm up exercises performed in succession each for 1 minute as preparation for the main workout, including mobilisers. THE WORKOUT 50 minutes duration, and varying arrangement of sets and time under tension between different streams, depending on the focus and goal of the workout. This can also include a finisher. COOL DOWN AND BREATHING The cool down stretches/ mobilisation and breathing actions for major muscles, allow participants to transition back to the day s activities. As with Mobilisers, you find examples of stretches and combinations in the exercise library.

8 TRUBE SESSION PROTOCOL BEFORE YOU ARRIVE Check that your equipment pack is ready & clean. Read up on your client s history, previous sessions and notes to familiarise yourself. Introduce yourself to the client beforehand via text. ARRIVAL & SETUP Arrive 5 minutes before the session commences. Always greet the client by his/her first name and introduce yourself verbally. Set up the equipment and make space in the designated workout area. Remember to respect your workout environment - park - home - office. WARM UP Reaffirm your clients session type & intensity; Ask for goals and if they have any injuries you need to be aware. Ask your client if they have had a TruBe session before? ( or check history) refer to client history. If they say Yes, get started. If they say No, walk them through the session: Warm up, Workout, Cool down & Stretch structure. Let them know if they don t feel comfortable with any of the exercises, that you can offer a regression or an alternative exercise. Check with your client when they last ate & if they are sufficiently hydrated before you commence the workout.

9 CONT D WORKOUT Keep your client motivated & inspired throughout the session. F I R E - Fun, Information, Results & Engagement Listen to the client and make sure they feel good during the session Pay attention to breathing and posture technique - clients COOL DOWN Stretching. Ask for feedback & answer any questions they may have. Warn your clients about DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) and how to recover Hydrate, replenish fuel with whole foods. Follow our social channels for tips on training & recovering Talk them through how client will be rated and book next session OTHER Don t use your phone during the session for private matters. Ensure you conduct yourself in a diplomatic and polite manner. Keep the conversation professional. Respect the privacy of your client. Ask client to rate the session on the App Store.

10 CANCELLATION POLICY USER 0% charge - cancelling within grace period of 5 mins 100% charge - cancellation from 12 hours before the start of the session PARTNER 3-star rating applied - cancelling more than 24 hours before session start 2-star rating applied - cancelling more than 12 hours before session start 1-star rating - cancelling within 12 hours before session start Please notify TruBe about any cancellation and provide and explanation. 12 DO S & DON TS PROFESSIONALISM Bring all appropriate equipment - also think about offering variety ( link to trube equipment page) Be respectful to client s environment, and when you need to touch client- get permission beforehand Do ensure you use antiperspirant deodorant (reword) Do wipe down your yoga mat after each client (use antibacterial wipe) Set your correct availability and stay on top of it Be responsive- propose quickly; often the trainer who proposes first gets the client Don t chew gum during session Don t tell client about private life- keep it professional PUNCTUALITY Always give yourself enough travel time to plan for unexpected transport delays. Contact the client/ office if you are going to be late or in case of a problem Arrive 5 minutes before your session

13 CONT D DRESS CODE Do wear TruBe uniform & black clothing Clean, Tidy, professional, presentable and functional- you want to show the best version of yourself Do ensure your shoes are clean (if you have wet shoes, take them of ) No large branded gym logos or accessories No crop tops or provocative clothing Don t wear sweaty workout gear SECURITY Be aware of your surroundings and exists in case of emergency Start and Stop the session If you feel uncomfortable or in danger and contact the office immediately. Stop the session if your client is intoxicated, threatening or seems to have used substances.
