CLASS DESCRIPTIONS $Afro Dance: Let s get moving with African and Caribbean style dance. This cardio dance class is perfect for adults looking to burn lots of calories, gain strength and increase stamina while having fun. Member $25, Non-member $35. Pay as you go: Member $2, Non-member $5. Beginner Tai Chi: Accumulate, balance and circulate energy within our body creating a sense of well being, calm mind, correct posture and increased awareness. $BoxFit: This cardio strength workout incorporates interval training with technical boxing instruction. Member $2, Non-member $5. Family Boot Camp: Mixes traditional callisthenic and body exercises with interval training to improve strength agility and endurance. Family Cardio Core: Fun yet challenging class that burns calories while targeting the core to get maximum results. Family Circuit Training: Body conditioning and resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. Family Strength Training: Strength training uses resistance methods like free weights, resistance bands or person's own body weight (i.e. push-ups, squats, etc.) to increase muscle tone, strength and fitness. JumpFit Circuit: Burn lot's of calories and improve your agility and cardio capacity while completing a full body work-out circuit training utilizing a jump rope as the featured exercise. Pilates: Improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance. Resist It: A full body, low impact strength training class, that uses small resistance bands that will be used with different intensities to totally begin to sculpt your body. Silver Sneakers Classic: Have fun and move to the music through exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Must register. : Indoor cycling is a cardiovascular workout that builds endurance and strength. & Strength: The ultimate full body workout using spinning and strength training. : Discipline, which includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures.
