Be a part of the Latin dances while having fun with your friends. Learn how to strengthen your abs and the the muscles that stabilize your hips and shoulders. It will leave you feeling refreshed all day long. Get the strength to get through your day. You Will learn proper warm-up, corrective exercises and basic strength moves and their progression. Get the heart to hang in there and learn proper warm up, corrective exercises and basic aerobics routine set to music. Introduction to fitness,this class will include proper warm-up, corrective exercises and flexibility, all the components necessary to begin a fitness routine. Make a splash with a low impact workout in the water. Classes will include basic cardio moves, use water resistance for basic strength training and sooth the muscles with light stretches to finish. Non swimmers welcome. This low intensity class will offer a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training and flexibility in a chair. Enhance your range of motion in the warm therapy pool. This class will leave you relaxed and will help promote your movement throughout the rest of your day.

MENU OF CLASSES Aqua Deep Water Core Pilates Yoga Zumba Step Training Tai Chi Stay strong and healthy with this low impact class performed in the water. Experience improvements in joint stability, coordination, and heart health strength. Class will incorporate cardio and strength using water dumbbells, and flotation belts. Non swimmers welcome. Focus on the muscles that improve posture. Reduce back pain, increase joint stability and improve overall fitness by strengthening abdominal muscles and the muscles that stabilize the hips and shoulders. Find balance in your day with the mind, body and strength class designed to emphasize balanced development of the muscles through core strength, flexibility and awareness of movement in order to improve posture and alignment. Create balance by developing both strength and flexibility. Relieve stress, find focus and achieve peace of mind, body and spirit. Class will focus on breathing techniques, stretching, toning and relaxation. Dance class that fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness party atmosphere.
