2 Anatomy Course Study Guide Please use this step-by-step study guide and checklist to ensure that you have covered all that you need to learn by the time you come in for the face-to-face Anatomy tutorial. With the Anatomy module, the more that you study the course material, the easier you will find the tutorial and then also the Matwork course. Please ensure you allocate approximately 40 hours of study for this course to ensure that you are completely confident with all aspects of this module. There is a lot of information to learn, and it is all laid out very clearly in both manual and online video formats, so please utilise both effectively. You will find a checklist on the last page of this study guide. Please print this off and tick each section as it is completed! If you would like additional study aids, you can find these under the Additional Resources section of your Online Training Centre. Please be aware that these resources are purely optional and are not compulsory for you to complete. However some people may find them useful for cementing and revising the content. If you follow the instructions, spend the time learning your course material and revise, revise, revise, you will have no problems at all passing the three online pre-course exams and one online postcourse exam. And don t forget that we are here to help you anytime leading up to the course and throughout the course as well. So if at any stage you feel you need some guidance or help to understand something, please contact us either by at education@studiopilates.com or phone or at If you are having technical difficulties first read the Troubleshooting document located under the Other Resources section. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us directly so that we can help you. Post Course Exam After completing your practical course you will go online again to complete a final postcourse exam. This exam is a theory test and is multiple choice. To pass the exam, you must obtain a mark of 80% or higher. If you do not pass the exam, it will tell you which questions you got incorrect and you will need to retake the exam again until you receive a minimum passing mark. We will contact you a few weeks before the course to confirm the start and finish times and course venue. Remember to bring your manual along to the course, as well as a pen and highlighter. STEP 9 Complete the Postcourse Exam DO After you have attended the practical Anatomy tutorial, you will need to complete the Postcourse Exam in order to pass and gain your certificate. You can do this at your leisure, so if you feel you need more time to study prior to taking the exam, that is absolutely fine. The online exam can be found in the online training centre, or by following this link: Once you have logged in to the training centre, simply click on the Postcourse Exam button to sit your exam. Please note that once you begin your exam, you cannot save your answers and come back to the quiz at a later time. The passing grade is 80% and once you have completed the exam, you will be able to view your results, as well as any answers you may have gotten incorrect. Studio Pilates International 9
