CRS is a challenging condition, even in the hands of experience otolaryngologists; therefore, this course provides participants expert opinions on medical and surgical management of this condition. The course features a highly sought out Frontal Sinus Masterclass which allows each participant to systematically review variety of CT scans in all 3 planes and use a building block method to determine the drainage pathway of the frontal sinus. Lab participants will share a cadaver head with CT imaging. 4 SUN AUG 12 (SKULL BASE COURSE) Objective: This part of the course is geared toward residents/fellows to feel comfortable with the anatomy beyond the sinuses by performing skull base procedures based on anatomical building blocks surrounding the sinus cavities. We also encourage other staff surgeons to attend who are also looking for a better conceptual understanding. Entire day will take place in the cadaver lab using cadavers used on previous days.
