The security deposit of successful bidders will be kept for the period of one and half year from the date of award of the contract and shall be refunded without any interest on it within 15 to 90 days after completion of the contract as per order, or after the expiry of contract on satisfactory completion of the same whichever is later. The security deposit can be forfeited by the Institute in the event of any breach or negligence or non observance of any condition of contract or for unsatisfactory performance or non observance of any condition of the contract.
