Works with the Emerge Program Chair and the on all Emerge activities Prepare agenda for monthly Membership Committee meeting with the Lead monthly Membership Committee meeting Coach an appointed Vice Chair of the Membership Committee to prepare for potential future Emerge leadership roles Actively participate in the planning of monthly The Buzz networking events with the GTCC Leadership Programs Manager by deciding on programming details Actively participate in the planning of General Membership Meetings with the GTCC Leadership Programs Manager Assist with all marketing for events depending on needs and assign a marketing lead to each event with the Assign call list to committee members for new members who have not attended an event within three months of joining Actively participate in the planning of Emerge Tampa Bay presentations to GTCC members with the The Membership Chair s employer must be a GTCC member. Works with the Emerge Program Chair and the on all Emerge activities Prepare agenda for monthly Public Policy Committee meeting Lead monthly Public Policy Committee meeting Coach an appointed Vice Chair of the Public Policy Committee to prepare for potential future Emerge leadership roles Actively participate in the planning of a public policy educational event to focus on a GTCC legislative agenda initiative such as Transportation in Tampa Bay with the Ensure the topics discussed at Committee meetings and while planning events planned fall within the GTCC legislative agenda Stay informed on the GTCC legislative agenda by participating in GTCC Public Policy committee and events Assist with all marketing for events depending on needs and assign a marketing lead to each event with the Promote Emerge Tampa Bay at GTCC public policy events The Public Policy Chair s employer must be a GTCC member. Works with the Emerge Program Chair and the on all Emerge activities Attend monthly Leadership Team lunch meeting Prepare agenda for monthly Professional Development Committee meeting Lead monthly Professional Development Committee meeting Coach an appointed Vice Chair of the Professional Development Committee to prepare for potential future Emerge leadership roles Actively participate in the planning of three speaker series events with the GTCC Leadership Programs Manager with one of the speaker series events focused on public speaking Set goals for the Protégé Program in conjunction with the Actively participate in the planning of the Protégé Program Kick-Off, Mid-year Mixer and graduation portion of Emerging with Influence with the, Program Chair and Program Vice Chair Evaluate the effectiveness of the Protégé Program through a survey tool with the GTCC Leadership Programs Create content for surveys to be used after Professional Development Committee events with the Assist with all marketing for events depending on needs and assign a marketing lead to each event The Professional Development Chair s employer must be a GTCC member. Works with the Emerge Program Chair and the on all Emerge activities Prepare agenda for monthly Community Outreach Committee meeting Lead monthly Community Outreach Committee meeting Coach an appointed Vice Chair of the Community Outreach Committee to prepare for potential future Emerge leadership roles. Actively plan the Nonprofit Volunteer Fair with the Actively plan an educational non-profit awareness event with the Lead committee to participate in the GTCC annual Diploma-See program Create content for surveys to be used after Community Outreach Committee events with the GTCC Leadership Programs Manager Assist members in getting involved with the greater Tampa area by generating awareness of area organizations that participate in the Nonprofit Volunteer Fair Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and organizations in the community Establish a relationship with the Leadership Tampa Alumni Community Outreach Chair to work on projects together Assist with all marketing for events depending on needs and assign a marketing lead to each event with the The Community Outreach Chair s employer must be a GTCC member.
