1 Dear Friend of Union Academy, The Union Academy Foundation is pleased to announce the 15th annual Union Academy Ultimate Auction to be held on Saturday, November 3, Over 600 guests and volunteers from Monroe, Union County, and the greater Charlotte area attend the auction. Last year we raised over $282,000 to support Union Academy! Union Academy is a public charter school located in Monroe, NC. Charter schools do not receive funds for buildings and facilities. Union Academy Foundation is responsible for raising funds for buildings and ground maintenance to allow the school to spend their limited funding on education. The Auction is our largest fundraiser and 100% goes directly to the future success of UA. The Ultimate Auction will feature wonderful items and vacations available to bid on!
