2 Dear Prospective Course Supporter, On behalf of FORE, Course Chairmen Sigurd Berven, MD, PhD,FRCSC, FACS, and Juan Uribe, MD, we invite your company to exhibit at the 22 nd Annual Selby Spine Conference, which will take place January 31- February 2, 2019, in Park City, Utah. The Selby Spine Conference is designed for surgeons with a special interest in the treatment of spinal disorders. The latest advances and controversies in the field will be presented through didactic lectures, open discussions, debates and case presentations. Selby Spine grew out of the Keystone Meeting that Dr. David Selby began in Keystone, Colorado in The 22 nd Annual Selby Spine Course will target a national audience of over 100 Neurosurgeons and orthopaedic spine surgeons, in addition to other healthcare professionals whose scope of practice includes spine surgery. The attached prospectus offers a wide variety of support packages designed to encourage opportunities to communicate your message to an eager and engaged audience. You will have one hour to discuss, demonstrate, or debate with program attendees about your preferred device or procedure. Each symposium will be attended by approximately 20 spine surgeons. Course organizers will provide refreshments. Non-CME Emerging Technology Presentation (Only available to exhibitors) This non-cme industry update will award your company with a high exposure opportunity during the course program. During this time, your company will take the podium to discuss industry updates. There are two 10-minute sessions offered within each session of the agenda (10 opportunities total). Welcome Reception Sponsorship Exclusive sponsorship of the reception includes company-branded cocktail napkins, water cups, and signage. Sponsor will be given the opportunity to address the audience with the Course Directors for introductions and welcome remarks. Après Ski Two opportunities available to sponsor the 30-minute Après Ski, as attendees return for the afternoon session. Young Surgeon, Resident, and Fellow Sponsorship Sponsor the course registration and travel expenses of Residents, Fellows, and young surgeons with less than five years into their orthopaedic practice. ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES Wi-Fi Become the official internet sponsor of the course. This sponsorship provides free Wi-Fi service to all conference attendees in the meeting space.
