Delivering Creative Digital Solutions to the NHS and Health & Care Market Vanguards, LDPs, STPs and ICOs
All of our websites are designed and built with NHS Brand Identity Guidelines and web usability and accessibility firmly in mind and we currently support over 50 NHS organisations to ensure that their websites reflect their values and vision. Frank Health is a Specialist NHS Web Design and Development Agency. We work extensively with NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Strategic Clinical Networks (SCNs), Clinical Senates, Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs) and regional consultations and Vanguards. Our highly skilled and knowledgeable team of Developers, Designers, Account Managers and Business Managers work with the NHS daily, and as such we understand your requirements, technical compliance and culture. We have a clear and concise understanding of the needs and journey of both the end user and those working within NHS organisations, with a proven track record for creating engaging and cost-effective NHS websites and digital solutions. We had a clear vision for what we wanted our website to look like and the team at Frank Health couldn t have been more helpful in making our vision a reality. From the outset their knowledge about NHS branding and the proposal for our new site gave us confidence that they could deliver what we wanted and as a result we now have an engaging and simple to navigate website. We found the team to be supportive, responsive and creative throughout and thank you all for making the project enjoyable and stress free! We look forward to working with you again in the future. Danielle Lawton, Corporate Communications Manager Greater Manchester Shared Services (Hosted by NHS Oldham CCG) Greater Manchester Shared Services
Digital Solutions for NHS Vanguards, STPs and ICOs Frank Health use a powerful digital platform to deploy multiple sites for use as Public Facing Websites, Intranets and Extranets. Using business-specific functionality, the sites allow organisations to operate all of their different digital platforms from one CMS - saving on time, on cost and on user training. The benefits are integrated systems with powerful performance, allowing total user customisation. The systems can be deployed across multiple devices, allowing true responsive functionality to assist the ever changing working environment. Our Health Our Care: Lancashire LDP As a collaborative programme, efficiency and informed decision-making is important to meeting deadlines. Frank Health was the perfect solution to supporting us in developing our ideas into a busy public website we could grow into. Everyone involved was so incredibly helpful; their approach was both professional and friendly which meant we were not worried about them working directly with our user group. No question or concern was too small. They were able to support us in delivering a robust website in line with our needs, the public s needs and most importantly, within a very tight timescale. Thank you again to everyone at Frank. We would highly recommend you to any other organisation. - Tanya Edgar, Programme Manager A Healthier Lancashire & South Cumbria
Website Homepage including Accessibility Controls MERIT Vanguard MERIT Vanguard aims to share best practice and create replicable models for long term clinically and financially sustainable specialist mental health services in the Midlands.
Website Homepage including Accessibility Controls Tameside and Glossop Care Together GPs, social care providers, hospital clinicians, the community and voluntary sector are coming together to deliver joined up health and social care services for patients in Tameside and Glossop. We had a tight time frame and needed everything delivered by a specific date. This project was made even more complex as it required working with a number of organisations from various sectors. The team at Frank didn t disappoint - we found them a pleasure to work with; they demonstrated a good understanding of our expectations. Frank come with a sound understanding of the health and care sector. Paul Thorpe, Head of Communications & Engagement Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust
Website Homepage including Accessibility Controls Well North Well North is creating a movement to unleash healthy communities across the North of England. Starting in ten places, they are inspiring change by backing real people and local ideas. My Life a Full Life My Life a Full Life is working with the Isle of Wight island community to develop initiatives with people at the centre of their health, well being and care.
Website Homepage including Accessibility Controls Wessex Healthier Together Wessex Healthier Together aims to look at how acute care could be better delivered to serve the needs of children and young people in Wessex.
Website Homepage including Accessibility Controls Stockport Together Stockport Together aims to fundamentally reform the way health and social care is delivered in Stockport to ensure the best possible outcomes for local people. Sheffield CCG Commissioners Working Together Commissioners Working Together is a collaborative of eight clinical commissioning groups and NHS England across South and Mid Yorkshire, Bassetlaw and North Derbyshire. Working to a tight timescale, the team at Frank was helpful, accommodating and creative in their approach to delivering the brief. We worked together online to share resources and keep all of the team up to speed on progress and next steps. The build could not have been smoother. Helen Stevens, Communications Director Commissioners Working Together The service we received from Frank Health has been great throughout the design and build process of the Stockport Together website. The guidance and advice has really helped with getting the project off the ground - the structure and design proposed by Frank really met all of our needs. Lucy Cunliffe, Communications Lead Stockport Together
