2 About the New Zealand Land Treatment Collective Conference The New Zealand Land Treatment Collective Conference will be held at the Ascot Park Hotel, Invercargill from the 3-5th April The New Zealand Land Treatment Collective (NZLTC) was established in 1989 to support research into the treatment of wastes and waste products by land application, by providing its members with up-to-date information on land treatment technology, research and information. The NZLTC works to improve communication to all stakeholders in the waste management industry and to help fund research into developing and improving land treatment technology in New Zealand. The 2019 conference will celebrate 30 years since the Collective formed and is the only conference of its kind in Australasia. The conference occurs annually and is known as: a key event to discuss new land treatment technologies and current issues and challenges facing the industry an excellent boutique conference where networking opportunities are plentiful amongst a small conference delegation. As a Premier Sponsor your company/organisation will be introduced at the start of your chosen sponsored session by the NZLTC Technical Manager who will give a brief 1 minute overview of your expertise in the area of land treatment and identify staff present at the conference who are available to answer questions and provide further information. 10 Trade Exhibition (NZ $500 + GST) 10 available The trade exhibition offers organisations exposure to conference delegates and the opportunity to showcase their products and services. The exhibition zone with be in the main lecture room of the NZLTC conference. This has been designed to provide the best possible opportunity for participating organisations to promote their products and services. Ten trade exhibition stand are available (approximately 5 x 2.5 metres). 9

11 Terms and Conditions The Conference Convenor will take all care to fulfil the listed Sponsorship commitments. Sponsors are responsible for providing all their requirements i.e. banners, promotional material and all other material. Sponsors are responsible for the security of their own equipment and materials whilst at the Conference, including social events. Your Sponsorship selection will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. The Organiser reserves the right to decline an application and alter the program if required. Attendance The organisers make no warranty as to the number of delegates that may attend the conference. Unavoidable Occurrences In the event that the Conference is cancelled or delayed through no fault of the Organiser or the venue, including but not limited to fire, flood, labour disputes, natural disasters, civil disorders, riots, insurrections, work stoppages, slowdowns or disputes, or other similar events then the sponsor shall not be entitled to any refund or claim for any loss or damage. Corporate recognition Inclusion of corporate logos or recognition in printed material is subject to meeting publication deadlines. Other notes Payment is by invoice only. 10
