(Your company logo will be displayed with a link to your company website and will need to be in a long, horizontal rectangular shape to ensure the best visibility on the AIA Wyoming website.) Recognition in the conference brochures. In addition to company logo, a company short bio will be included in the conference brochures. Provide your company brochure to be included in the registration packet. Recognition in our annual publication and/or calendar. TWO complementary registrations to all three conferences. ONE complimentary registration to the conference (included are breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sessions). This does NOT include the Design and Honor Awards Celebration, tickets are additional. 70 th Anniversary Meal Sponsor - Participation Fee $1,500 (Please pay no later than September 1, 2017) Recognition by the introduction host along with brief remarks from your company prior to the meal. ONE complimentary registration to the conference (included are breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sessions). This does NOT include the Design and Honor Awards Celebration, tickets are additional. ADDITIONAL SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES: Conference Pads/Pens (Exclusive) - Participation Fee $750 Exhibitor/$1,000 Non-exhibitor (Please pay no later than September 1, 2017) Place your logo on notepads and pens that are handed out to conference attendees within the conference sessions. Sponsor or Exhibitor is responsible for providing pads, pens, shipping and drayage. Registration Packet Insert - Participation Fee $750 Exhibitor/$1,000 Non-exhibitor (Please pay no later than September 1, 2017) Registration Packet Inserts are the perfect way to launch a new product, maximize brand exposure or announce a unique drawing or activity at your booth. Sponsor or Exhibitor is responsible for providing inserts. Badge Lanyard (Exclusive) - Participation Fee: $750 Exhibitor/$1,000 Non-exhibitor (Please pay no later than September 1, 2017) Captivate the attention of all who attend and exhibit at AIA WMR Conferences as attendees wear your name around their necks throughout the entire event. This marketing item will be offered to every conference registrant as they pick up their name badge. Sponsor or Exhibitor is responsible for providing lanyards. 70 th AIA WY Registration Bags - Participation Fee: $500 Exhibitor/ $1,000 Non-exhibitor (Please pay no later than September 1, 2017) This is your company s opportunity to gain exposure during and after the event. Attendees will carry the AIA WY 70 th Anniversary Celebration bag with them along with your logo included on the bag a great branding tool that they will utilize during the event and will be a souvenir they

4 will hold onto. 70 th Anniversary Celebration Exhibitor Two-day Participation Fee $1,000 (Please pay no later than September 1, 2017) Please note that exhibitor spaces are a first come, first serve basis. 6 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION Conference Location The conference will be held at the Center for the Arts, 265 South Cache Street, Jackson, Wyoming. (See Map on the previous page.) Exhibitor Booth Fees The cost for the Exhibitor Booth is $1, Exhibitor Booth Space An 8 space will be provided for each Exhibitor as well as access to chair(s). Exhibitor Booth Electrical Needs Each Exhibitor will be responsible for bringing surge protectors, extension cords, etc. Exhibitor Hours Exhibitor check-in and set-up will take place from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Thursday, September 21, Exhibits must be set up before the first speaker begins at 1:30 PM on Thursday, September 21, Throughout two days, attendees will circulate with Exhibitors (exhibitors are encouraged to participate and visit with members throughout the day). Exhibitors may dismantle their displays after the last speaker on Friday, September Conference Attendance As a conference Exhibitor, you are entitled to attend any of the conference lectures. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Sessions Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sessions are included as part of the exhibitor fee. Meals will be served for Attendees and Exhibitors. The exhibitor fee includes TWO registrations. Please register additional people separately for an additional registration fee. The Awards Celebration is NOT included in exhibitor participation fees. Insurance It is understood that both AIA Wyoming and the Center for the Arts are not insurers. It is suggested that exhibitors arrange necessary risk coverage for all of their material. Exhibitor s materials should be insured from the time they leave their firm / company until the materials are returned to the firm / company after the conference. Shipping Information Please contact Susan at susanm@aia-wyoming.org for shipping information. Center for the Arts House Rules - IMPORTANT No removal of building equipment or furnishings is allowed. Nothing may be attached to windows, walls, doors, floors, or ceilings. No exceptions. Renters will not be allowed to put any substance or material on the floor surface for any reason. (Examples: duct tape, scotch tape, electrical tape, masking tape, dance floor wax, etc.) No driving on entrance way sidewalks for loading and unloading. No animals are allowed in the building.
