3 Harmony Place Support Services is a registered charity that provides day programs for adults living with a developmental and/or physical disability. This letter serves to introduce you to our impactful programs and to provide you with an opportunity to invest in people with disabilities in your local community. Harmony Place s day programs consist of structured activities that promote inclusion, social skills development, build life/work skills, health and wellness promotion and recreation. Our mission is to provide day program services that promote social inclusion, individual choice, independence and rights for all people. Our focus is to provide these activities in a respectful and meaningful manner for the 60 people who participate. Most commonly, these individuals are living with Cerebral Palsy and other health disorders that limit mobility and their level of independence. HPSS hosts a number of fundraising events throughout the year in order to sustain programming. On September 8, 2018, HPSS will be celebrating our 25th Anniversary Dinner & Dance event at The Gerry Gallagher Hall LiUNA 183. The funds raised will be directed towards ensuring that we are able to strengthen and create a meaningful experience through our programs. We are reaching out to you to support us for this great cause.
