2 We appreciate all our PTA members and volunteers! PTA Volunteer Sign-Up An effective and successful PTA requires support and involvement of our students families. IT IS VITAL! How can YOU make a difference? JOIN THE HARDYSTON PTA. By becoming a member, you become a voice for the school and your child. Attending PTA meetings is your outlet to express your concerns, ideas and stay informed. PARTICIPATING in the numerous events and programs we have planned throughout the year is a great way to show your support. In order to run our PTA programs, we depend on our volunteers! You may choose to be a committee chair, a volunteer, donate food or make monetary donations to events. Whatever level of participation you choose; your time and involvement is greatly appreciated. We know how busy life can be, but whether you have 30 minutes or a couple of hours in or outside of school; your ideas, your time, and your talents are truly needed. The time you give to the PTA and the school will be worth your while and so much fun! *Please consider volunteering, it really does make a difference in the lives of all our children, and the children love to see their parents/grandparents/aunts/uncles participating in events at school* Below is a list of events for the upcoming school year; several events need chairs and/or co-chairs. Please review carefully and select the events that interest you. Write your name in the space provided if you would like to chair an event that needs a chair. If you think would like to volunteer, check the box beside the event; you will be put on the list of volunteers and the event chairperson will contact you and you can decide your level of participation from there, it is completely up to you! Thank you for your support and dedication!
