2 We are excited to announce that The First Tee s 2017 Network Meeting will be held in Orlando, FL at the beautiful Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate November 8 11, This biennial event brings together representatives from our network of more than 160 chapters for education, networking and guest speakers to help them implement best practices and deepen their impact in their communities. We expect to see more than 800 representatives from The First Tee chapters as we celebrate our 20 th Anniversary. We recognize the importance of our corporate partners and wish to provide you with a unique opportunity to promote your company to our network. 6 Additional Exhibitor Opportunities Advertising Space in Event Guide & Digital App $ The Network Meeting Event Guide and Digital App are in the hands of the 1,000+ attendees throughout the week. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure for your brand. Advertising space is available to all companies, whether or not you exhibit. Limited advertising space available reserving your space early is recommended! Full-Color Program Guide. Partners can work with The First Tee to translate print ad into a digital ad optimal for the app. $350 Full Page Ad $200 Half Page Ad Spotlight at Registration $250 Company can provide handouts, promotional items, coupons or product samples to all attendees when they pick up registration materials. This is a great opportunity to call attention to your company and direct attendees to your expo space to learn more. Expo Demonstration $ minute active demonstration of your product/service in a designated high-traffic area of the exhibition hall. Reserving your space early is recommended as there are only three demonstration spots are available. We invite all exhibitors to purchase a ticket for $155 to celebrate with us as two Outstanding Participant Award scholarships are presented. With a fun reunion feel, guests will have the opportunity to engage in team building games, as well as enjoy heavy hors d oeuvres and refreshments. This is always a highlight of the meeting! Sponsor will have the opportunity to work with The First Tee to plan an engaging way to highlight the partnership during the reception. Education Sponsor $25,000 Providing education sessions to our chapter network staff is a key part of the meeting. Sessions cover topics such as fundraising, leadership and planning, and best practices in operations and programming. Speakers include The First Tee home office staff, chapter leaders, professional speakers and partners. With five class blocks, each attendee will receive more than eight hours of education. Sponsor s logo will appear at the beginning of each sessions AV presentation along with verbal acknowledgement of sponsorship. 6

8 Cocktail Reception & Gala $25,000 The First Tee Network Meeting concludes on Saturday with a Gala Dinner Future Legends & Leaders. The cocktail reception leads into a seated dinner where two Outstanding Participant Award scholarship recipients will be presented. Sponsor s logo will appear on gala program and included in the AV presentation. Sponsor will receive a complimentary table for up to 10 guests and verbal acknowledgement of sponsor will take place during dinner remarks. We expect more than 1,000 guests at the Gala Dinner. Network Meeting Digital App $10,000 Meeting attendees will be able to engage before, during and after the meeting through our digital meeting app. Everything they need to know will be right at their fingertips and so will the sponsor s brand. Attendees can access the schedule, maps and receive push notifications. Sponsor logo will appear in featured locations throughout the app, as well as have the opportunity to offer attendees an incentive for downloading the app. Daily Title Sponsor $10,000 Title sponsors provide integral support for the meeting and each day s inspiring general session. During the general sessions, attendees will hear from The First Tee leadership and other motivational speakers. The sponsor logo will be included in the AV presentation and verbal acknowledgements will be made in each session. Three sponsorships are available: Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Awards Luncheon $5,000 The First Tee recognizes excellence and honors achievements during the meeting, including chapter milestones, volunteer of the year, and performance and leadership awards. Sponsor s logo will appear on the luncheon program, be included in the AV presentation and verbal acknowledgements made during opening remarks. Outreach Summit $5,000 A two-day strategic and collaborative planning session of in-school, after-school and chapter partners to further the impact of The First Tee DRIVE and The First Tee National School Program. Summit participants will include physical education experts, other after-school organization leaders (the Y, Boys & Girls Club) and The First Tee chapter leadership. All summit materials will be branded with sponsor logo and sponsor representatives will have opportunity to attend the summit and engage with this group throughout, including hosting an exclusive breakfast where brief remarks can be made. Alumni Summit $5,000 In its inaugural year, 12 alumni from The First Tee network will have the opportunity to attend the meeting and engage in networking, professional development and mentor the participants who are attending the concurrent Outstanding Participant Leadership Summit. All summit materials will be branded with sponsor logo and sponsor representatives will have the opportunity to attend the summit to serve as guest speakers and mentors. 7

9 20 th Anniversary Sponsor $5,000 In honor of The First Tee s 20 th anniversary, please consider supporting the 2017 Network Meeting with a special sponsorship. Be our guest on Saturday, November 11 with two complimentary tickets to VIP Cocktail Reception & Gala Dinner. Special sponsor signage with company logo will be displayed in the registration lounge near the 20 th Anniversary historic timeline. Networking Sponsor $5,000 Networking sessions are a time when representatives from across the network meet with colleagues to share best practices, make new connections and learn from their peers. Additionally, the networking sessions will be integrated into the conference App, encouraging attendees to participate in specific networking challenges to earn prizes! The sponsor will have an opportunity to be part of a specific activity in the App and have a spotlighted table during the sessions. Photo Booth Sponsor $5,000 To commemorate the 20 th Anniversary and support the Family Reunion theme of the meeting, a photo booth is going to be set up at various events throughout the meeting. This will be a highly trafficked area and guests will have the opportunity to digitally upload their photos on the spot or receive a print as a keepsake. Special sponsor signage with company logo will be displayed at each photo booth location with the sponsor s social media tags for guests to thank sponsor when they share their photos. 8

This festive occasion, Future Legends & Leaders, is a time to highlight the 28 participants who will be attending the concurrent Outstanding Participant Leadership Summit and announce the two Outstanding Participant Award scholarship recipients. As the 2017 Network Meeting comes to a close with this gala dinner, the 20th Anniversary of The First Tee will be highlighted and celebrated.
