1 Beaumont TAMU Moms Club March/April 2018 Join Us at our Monthly Meeting Tuesday, April 10th * Rao s Bakery 4440 Dowlen Rd. 5:30 to 7 PM Meeting begins 6PM. Rao s will have food and beverages for purchase. *Meetings are always the 2 nd Tuesday of the month, unless noted otherwise. Calendar Apr10 th - Meeting 5:30 Rao s Apr 13 th -15 th - Family Weekend, Ring Day, and Boutique April 22 nd - Fill TLC bags 2pm Stephanie Figari s home April 26 th - TLC bag delivery 9am-2pm May 8 th - Meeting 5:30 Rao s May 10 th -12th - Graduation TLC Bag Packing Sunday April 2 PM: We ll be packing bags for delivery on April 26 th. Bring your donations for 75 bags. Suggestion: you could find a friend to split an item with you, so together you bring 75 of that item. The kids love homemade items so if you re able to provide please wrap securely. TLC Bag Delivery: April 26th from 9 AM - 2:00 PM at the MSC Rm Those of us that are going to College Station will probably be leaving Beaumont on Wednesday April 25 th., Make sure you know what your overnight accommodations will be. Please be sure that you put Stephanie's number in your phone in case you have questions once you arrive in College Station.

2 Aggie Boutique Family Weekend April 13-15th If you will be in College Station for Family Weekend, Ring Day, or the Spring Football game, please consider setting an hour or 2 aside to help us sell our Auto Sun Visors. The boutique hours are Friday 4/13 from 10:30 to 5 PM, and Saturday 4/14 from 9 to 4 PM. We will be in RM 2406 in the MSC. This year, there are 53 of the 109 Aggie Mom Clubs participating in Boutique! That is a huge turnout! There will be 40 tables of unique items, and 25 different raffles. You can win everything from quilts, crawfish tables, patio furniture, etc. This is Beaumont Aggies Mom s first time participating at Boutique in a couple of years. We are excited about participating and are certain we are going to enjoy it AND sell most, if not all, of our 200 sun visors! For a minimum $50 donation, you can give us the name of someone to GIG and we will place these signs in their front yard for a few days of glory! Or how about your yard? This makes a great gift for the family of an incoming freshman. (Thank you to Glenn Wise for the donation of the large sign.) We also sell individual thumbs up Gig Em signs for $15 at every meeting.
